Customers do not have an independent right to use the premises.
The rights and Obligations of the parties under the Contract

The customer undertakes:

When booking for groups more than 6 people to prepay at least 50% of the total cost.

The contractor is not entitled to make the alteration of the provided Object.

use third parties to accept payments for services.

The customer has the right:
To declared and agreed services in full on agreed terms.
To control the quality and timeliness of services provided.
To unsubscribe at any time from services of accommodation and additional services are subject to full payment for services actually rendered.

— for groups from 6 persons to 10 persons in order to avoid penalties you need to make cancellations no later than 96 (ninety six hours) prior to arrival.

In case of late cancellation of the order (booking), the refund is subject to the penalties in the amount of one night stay. The refund to Customer in case of refusal of accommodation and late failure is made within 10 (ten) banking days.
Payments and payment arrangements
The cost of services provided under this agreement is defined as the price determined by the Contractor in effect at the time of the order (reservation).
Payment can be made in cash or by cashless means (including using the Internet means of payment) on arrival or by prior Bank transfer.
The fact of payment is considered the moment of receipt of money on account of the Contractor or the cashier of the Contractor.
The customer to submit to the Contractor documents (or copies thereof), proof of payment (payment order marked by the Bank).
The contractor is to submit to the Customer the documents confirming the payment of services (BSO, a certificate of completion for cashless payments).
If the Client resides at the Facility as planned and paid period of residence, the payment is not refundable.
Responsibility, dispute resolution
For breach of contract, the Parties bear the responsibility stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and this Agreement.
The contractor shall not be liable for nonperformance or improper performance of services on its part and on the part of third persons arising from lack, unreliability, inadequacy and/or inconsistency of the information and documents provided by the Customer, but also the result of other violations of the terms of this Agreement by the Customer.
The contractor shall not be responsible in case of rejections on the same day of the Customer due to the lack of conditions for placement.
The contractor is not responsible for discrepancy of services provided personal, subjective assessment of the Customer.
The contractor is not responsible for the quality of public services to the Customer, but must provide objective information about the planned work of the city and/or municipal services and organizations that can affect the quality of the provider.
The customer and the Contractor are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of data provided/taken for the purpose of reservation of services of the Contractor and clearance rate.
